Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a session, purchasing prints, or otherwise engaging with JL4 Photo, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

JL4 Photo offers professional photography services including, but not limited to, portrait sessions, event photography, commercial work, and drone photography. Service details and pricing are available on our website or through a custom quote.

3. Booking and Payment

  • A non-refundable deposit may be required at the time of booking to secure your session date.

  • The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the session unless otherwise agreed upon.

  • Accepted payment methods include [list methods, e.g., cash, credit card, PayPal, or Venmo].

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

  • Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a new session date if rescheduled within [30] days.

  • JL4 Photo reserves the right to reschedule due to weather, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances.

5. Image Delivery

  • Edited images will be delivered within [2-3 weeks] of your session via a secure online gallery or another agreed method.

  • Raw (unedited) files are not included unless specified in your package.

6. Copyright and Usage

  • JL4 Photo retains the copyright to all images unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Clients receive a personal-use license for delivered images, meaning you may print and share for personal use but not for commercial purposes.

  • Commercial use licenses are available upon request for an additional fee.

7. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must arrive on time and be prepared for their session.

  • JL4 Photo is not responsible for any delays or issues caused by the client, weather, or other factors outside of our control.

8. Limitations of Liability

  • JL4 Photo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • In the unlikely event of lost or damaged files, liability is limited to a refund of the session fee or reshoot.

9. Privacy

JL4 Photo respects your privacy. Any personal information you provide is used solely for delivering services and communication. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.

10. Changes to Terms

JL4 Photo reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
